IPT solution meet business needs in Čačanska Banka

Čacanska Banka was founded in 1956. It started as a local bank, and today its business network consists of 28 branch offices and sub-branches in 24 towns all over Serbia. Taking into consideration how fast business network developed during last few years, Bank's management decided that existing telephone system was not able to support its growing communication requirements. Thus in 2008 they decided to move to an IP based telephone system which could deliver features and capabilities the bank needed. Their solution was delivered by Algotech, the leading integrator of corporate telephony in Serbia.
